The digital versions of these scrolls were made accessible thanks to the efforts of Sturges Dorrance of Seattle, Washington. It is his family copies that you viewed today.
Sturges and I began corresponding after he happened upon a family blog of mine. Incidentally, I get about 10-20 requests a year via that blog from Dorrances around the country, asking about obtaining copies of our family scrolls. It was a happy coincidence that Sturges was interested in digitizing his copies and it was a pleasure discussing our rich Dorrance history and making the files available for public access.
